A beautiful restored town house in the old part of Sao Martinho Do Porto. A fantastic location with easy walk to the beach and the town restaurants and night life.
If walking is not your thing or you are weighed down with things for the beach then there is a fantastic outdoor lift taking you down to the seafront and beach.
Golf is just 20 minutes away and the historical city of Lisbon 55 minutes.

The property consists of open plan sitting room,kitchen, and shower room downstairs. First floor one double bedroom with five foot bed and a single room, a bathroom with full bath and shower and the second floor opens to the terrace with seating and barbecue area. The second floor also has another 5ft bed with comfy seating area along with a separate single bed.
